The vast majority of those ticketed just pay the fines and don’t know their rights.

Find Out Where They Cut Corners

In our experience, most enforcement sites and methods do not meet all these requirements which makes the resulting tickets unenforceable. The best way to beat most speeding tickets is to find a mandatory condition that the city, county or police did not comply with, and then point them out in court at the right time. Legally, the judge then has little choice but to dismiss your ticket.

For example, If your ticket was based on an officer’s estimation of your speed, then you question their ability to accurately make such an estimate. Have they had specialized training that would qualify them to make such an estimate? Is it possible for even a well trained officer to reliably make such an estimate under the variable conditions that are typical in every day traffic? (Hint: It’s not). If your speed was measured using the officer’s own speedometer, you can challenge the accuracy of that speedometer and the factors that would make it difficult to make such a measurement under variable road conditions. If your speed was measured by radar gun. The questions you could ask include, Did it measure your speed or another car near you? Was the type of radar gun used even reliable? Was it used as intended? The Work Zone Speeding Ticket

The Airplane Paced Speeding Ticket

The School Zone Speeding Ticket
